Pressing and Stamping \u2013 Flexible and Precise Metal Processing<\/strong><\/p>\n

We provide pressing and stamping services for the processing of various metals, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper. Our production facilities are equipped with two versatile presses: a 50-ton horizontal press and a 70-ton vertical press, enabling us to handle both simple tasks and technically demanding projects.<\/p>\n

Both presses are fitted with a wide range of additional tools and fixtures, ensuring a flexible and efficient production process. In addition to bending operations, the horizontal press is also used for tube bending, utilizing both draw and push bending methods. The machine is CNC-capable, which ensures high repeatability and consistent quality. The vertical press supports various stamping solutions as well as corner cutting and metal shearing tools, allowing forming, cutting, and processing of components within a single work cycle.<\/p>\n

For special requirements, we can source custom-made stamping tools directly from the machine manufacturer\u2019s factory, ensuring perfect compatibility, durability, and safe operation.
