Punching holes and openings in metal
Punching of holes and openings in sheet metal and flat bar using various punches, dies and auxiliary tooling. Although several different tools are used, the final result is always the same – precise, clean and repeatable holes and shaped openings according to customer requirements.
It is possible to punch round, square, rectangular and oval openings, as well as to manufacture flat bar parts with straight or rounded ends, with or without holes. A special extractor is used to securely hold the flat bar during punching, preventing deformation even when working with thicker material.

This is an ideal solution when fast, accurate and clean-edged hole punching is required, without drilling or extensive post-processing. The result is professional-looking parts ready for welding, assembly or finishing.
A good selection of punches for different hole types is available on site. If a required punch is not immediately available, the production of a custom punch takes approximately 2 weeks.
Metal bending with a press
Various metal bending options using bending dies designed for precise bending of sheet metal and flat bar. The tooling is suitable for bending parts up to 350 mm in length and allows working with different material thicknesses thanks to an adjustable V-groove system.
The die is equipped with an 88° punch and several interchangeable/adjustable V-openings, ensuring flexibility and precision for different bending operations. The V-opening size depends on the adjustment plate used and is selected according to the thickness of the material being bent.
